I felt like I did pretty good. I wish my broad jumps would have been faster it was just rough on my knees. The rower came today.....I know what we will be doing for the next week

This was rough my legs were screaming for me to stop. I did it while we were camping at the lake which was fun. At least I got one WOD in while I was gone
