overhead

well I picked a main sight WOD to focus on my overhead stabilization. It was good and I feel like I really pushed myself throught the burpees pretty well. It was the over head lunges that got me. Man they were rough, not only focusing on keeping my shoulders and arms locked and engaged but having weight overhead and doing the lunges was hard. I really enjoyed it once it was over of course.

45 lb barbell overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees
