This is a tough one for me so mental, have to keep pushing no matter what and stay consitent...
jumping pull ups on an 18" box, those couple of inches make a big differance. push-ups on my toes, need to work on stronger sit-ups. I wish we had a real GHD. It will come.
Pull ups 17 - 13- 13- 13- 13 -13 -12- 13
Push ups 15-13-11-10-9-9-8-8
Sit ups 10-9-9-9-9-9-8-9
Squat 16-16-16-16-16-16-16-17
