Inverted

5 rounds
50 inverted burpees
50 jumping pull ups
50 burpees

this was quite the work out. I should have used a lower box to work my arms more. I don't think I have ever sweat so much in my cross fit career thus far. My butt has a burn and my back is a little sore from the inverted burpees but I liked this one. You just have to make yourself keep moving.
