This was a good WOD. I do like the intervals, it is different but good. My first two rounds were good, I really pushed myself and could feel it in the last one. I would have liked the times to have stayed a little more consistent. I will just have to work on it for next time. I am not crazy about squat jumps.
5 rounds with 2 min rest between each round

20 squat jump
200m run
