weight

I am missing doing lifting. Jason is helping me throw in more strength and I am glad. I liked this Wod my grip has gotten weak, I need to get working on it again. It was fun to work out with Ang.

I was really surprised with my run time. My lungs were burning but i felt good. It is amazinf that I could run a 400m in 69 seconds in high school, almost there....
